Representing the heartland, from St. Louis - Heart of heavy rock and roll: elements of slick 70’s, Stoney Grunge funk, but overarching drop tuned bass heavy swaggering doom flavors. Vocals and guitars are too slick to make this doom and give it the Seattle sound I mentioned. Great stuff. |
1) (7:31) fades in whiteish noise then a slow plodding riff with tribal conga sentiments that turn into more straight rock w slick vocs. 2) (3:14) basic cool slick rock 3) (1:40) instrumental, cool doomy rock. 4) (5:53) big epic swaggering with wanky guitar lead in bridge. 5) FCCS (2:44) total riff based with a butt rock feel. 6)* (5:46) bong sound sample, simple riff based on guitar lead melodies 7) (1:07) killer marching heaviness, too bad it’s so brief 8) (7:17) epic toned, big with Van Halen guitar hammer leads, last couple minutes are acoustic guitar version, hippie Trippy 9) (5:11) more big badassedness, slight funk to it, blends well into next 10)* (10:12) comes out of previous slow and mindful epic and heavy, excellent.
