ALT FOLK
Call this ambient folk, psychedelic folk, alt Americana, whatever: simple folk tunes and lyrics are wrapped in lush instrumentation and lots of effects. This 5 member band from Norfolk, Virginia is named (I assume) for thieves who hit an armored car company.

No FCC issues

1 Slow. Guitar strumming; spacey reverb effects on voices; organ. (5:20)

2 * Slow. Simple folk song style. Faux hick (RIYL Edward Sharpe) (3:44)

3 * Slow. Hawaiian guitar, two male voices. Bit of a novelty song, but fun. (4:12)

4 ** Mid-tempo. Enchanting campfire style folk song, in parts sung as a round. Simple acoustic guitar. (1:29)

5 Mid-slow. Grating, falsetto voice, acoustic guitar, fiddle, piano. (5:19)

6 ** Mid-tempo. Somewhere between Kristofferson & Little Feat Clever. Very catchy musically. Humorous story telling. (4:10)

7 Mid-tempo. Acoustic guitar, mandolin bridge, goofy backing vocals. (3:19)

8 Instrumental. Pretty but unexceptional acoustic guitar. (Nice as a sound bed) (2:08)
