Dark, fem-fronted dreamy 80s-influenced psych-rock out of Austin. Wicked snare-heavy drumming, reverbed vox, disaffected jangling guitars; the influence of hazy, warm, dry weather. Touches of stony heaviness, post-punk, garage; great at high volumes, this should appeal to tons of KZSU DJs. Opened for acts like Bill Callahan, And You Will Know Us... under previous name Follow That Bird.

RIYL: IS/IS, Black Angels, True Widow, Coke Weed

1 (2:39) Hazy, dreamy, buzzing dark pop instrumental
*2 (2:52) Soaring, stony, echoing psych sound
*3 (2:02) Nice dreamy, psyched out single.
*4 (4:09) Urgent, especially reverbed vox, catchy dreamy
5 (3:47) Slow groove, pounds along w/ guitar flourishes
**6 (5:51) Floating bassline, jangling guitars with a touch of buzz; extremely dreamy, often indecipherable, great vox. Picks up, gets really driving 2 min in.
7 (4:50) Dark restrained jangle storm; long cool down over final 1:30
*8 (3:51) A little upbeat, poppier guitar blends nicely with the dark reverb
9 (1:29) Fuzzy driving charge ahead, big soaring vox
10 (4:29) FCC FUCKING Big slamming, molasses-sticky sound. Good closer
