This is the debut album from Young Buffalo, a 5 piece group based in Mississippi. It is great start to finish. Broadly I would call it poppy surfy garage rock…but that doesn't describe it as well as I would like, so listen and enjoy!! RIYL: Born Ruffians, Sin Fang, Fleet Foxes, Vampire Weekend...

FCC CLEAN!!
Recommendations: 1, 2, 4, 6 (but really I love every track)

1. (3:49) Man In Your Dreams - Up tempo, killer melody, different transitions, great track all around.
2. (3:59) No Idea - Piano driven, tambourine, awesome drum beat, awesome guitar melody, interesting vocals and big harmonies.
3. (3:27) Guilt - Down tempo, synthy, dreamy, still a song to bob your head to.
4. (3:34) Cliff Diver - A little more surfy, sounds a lot like fleet foxes at points, so good.
5. (3:44) My Place - Mid tempo, poppy, another killer melody, distant sounding vocals.
6. (3:42) Sykia - This was the first single, and rightfully so. Straight forward pop rock, infectious.
7. (3:17) Black Eye - Mid tempo, simple, great.
8. (3:51) Summertime Blondes - Another poppy mid tempo track.
9. (3:48) Pill - Slower and more dreamy.
10. (3:32) Old Soul - Mid tempo and more synthy with a really cool baseline.
11. (3:38) Beat Back - Old sounding piano (think of a carousel) and cool harmonies.
