Album Review
Your Imaginary Friend

Local (Oakland) Experimental ambient, think Soviet France, John Hassel, Eno. Created w drum machines and voice but sounds nothing like that. Described as field recordings of other Worldy environments and that nails it, even though some sounds terrestrial. Very organic, like birds and insects. Great stuff.

1) (19:23) begins quiet, like insects, builds to a drone w drippy sounds
2) (11:00) another quiet start, very organic like bird calls in a meadow, bell-like tones appear and take over
3)* (10:59) droney creepy, plinking appears later
4)* (10:15) plinking and low tones, very animal sound like, named after order of beetles
5)* (3:49) droney nice, voice like tones then buried spoken creepy word
