Tiger & Woods: On the Green Again Label: T&W Records

Tiger & Woods's latest release is putting themselves in the electro-disco/synth-pop world, alongside bigger stars like Daft Punk. I think Tiger & Woods can definitely get there, using their blend of electro-pop, disco-edits, fluffy synths, and retro-style New Wave basslines & beats. There's a tendency to be very cutesy, and some of it really works. I enjoyed this album. The best tracks are #4 (Ginger & Fred), #6 (Come and Get My Lovin'), and #13 (No More Talking). Also pretty good are #2 (RockMeLoveMe), #5 (Phoenix), and #12 (Balloon).

1. Intro (1:09) - Intro featuring big synths. Totally 80s.
2. RockMeLoveMe (7:38) - Electro-funk w/ robo-vox and playful groove, cute pianos
3. Bestissimo (5:23) - Italo-disco retro-style synths, funky bassline, catchy breaks
4. Ginger & Fred (7:00) - Sci-fi electro-disco, catchy vocal sample, big synths, fun!
5. Phoenix (5:04) - Warm and catchy synth-pop groove. Synth flutters & fluffy vox.
6. Come and Get My Lovin' (5:17) - So cute! Fluffy teen-pop vox w/ airy light synths.
7. Endless Affair (6:43) - Wild and wacky effects over a comically funky bassline
8. RadioTiger (4:22) - 80s New-Wave sound, chopped-up effects halfway
9. Gentlemen Only, Ladies Forbidden (7:29) - Bizarre Euro-disco style, neurotic & edgy
10. Outro (1:16) - A quick outro featuring big synths, like #1.
11. The Stopper (9:32) - Electro-disco. A bit too long; the middle is great & funky
12. Balloon (9:30) - Warm & cute electro-pop. Middle features great shimmery synths. 13. No More Talking (7:03) - Great electro-house track w/ super-catchy vocal loops
