Album Review
Your Imaginary Friend
Reviewed 2017-02-22
French post rock experimental rock, pop, reminds me of Bowie or Eno's musical work (e.g. Another Green World). Hard to pigeonhole, very cool interesting with electronics, guitar, great band. Male vocs go French and English. For fans of Neu, Can, Faust.

1) (2:40) electro drama with epic vocals solo in places 2)* (5:14) sultry Latin flare to beats, Eno/Bowie feel. 3) (3:17) cool shuffling beat, sexy. 4) (4:02) sung in French mostly, a minimal simple guitar to start, sparse and trippy 5) (4:47) another simple sparse compilation but midway picks up 6)* (5:35) titled "NueNue" this definitely smacks of Neu, super cool droney outro w sax 7) (3:16) chill 8)* (4:46) slow atmospheric fade in, then marching snare beat, still dreamy 9) (2:09) pretty piano centered, siren song ballady 10) (3:28) epic lush slow dramatic soaring.
