Lesley has a nice voice that wraps around the mostly forgettable music. It would be perfect as soft, feathery background music. The end of the album (songs 11-14) seems to be more her natural style and it is by far the best part of the album, IMHO. I also liked # 4, 5, 6.

1. slow/med – irreverent and playful
2. med – country rock
3. med – country rock
4. slow/med – nice cabaret, Texas swing, simple music
5. slow/med – nice vocal sound, but music isn’t quite the same caliber
6. med - nice 2 part harmony
7. slow/med – breathy, limited range, but pretty voice
8. med – country rock
9. slow/med – nondescript tune, a little lead guitar, some country twang
10. slow – breathless, mellow tune
11. slow/med – easy listening/lounge music: blues/bluegrass hybrid
12. slow – folk, singer/songwriter
13. slow/med – folk, singer/songwriter
14. slow/med – nice vocals, mellow; good end to album
