Synth driven krautrocky pop rock that brings to mind early Stereolab, post rock, Wume, Moon Duo, Neu, and 80's tones of New Order. Restrained fuzzed vocals are mostly buried, synth is epic, soaring, melodic. Excellent Midwestern band.
1) (4:54) cheery synth melodies, krautrocky feel 2)* (3:56) soaring feel, pleasant beat 3)* (8:09) fades in trippy spacey synth for 3 min of atmospherics then an 80's flavored ode to New Order bass, upbeat epic quality, ends up a slow waltz 4) (4:52) upbeat 5)* (4:49) upbeat and krautrocky driving 6) (5:35) upbeat with drums kinda going crazy 7)* (0:52) low fi brief, spoken word poem w minimal music
