This is neo-ska/Southern California “punk” music in the vein of Sublime, Pennywise, 3-11, etc. Horns, metal-ish guitars, hokey lyrics. Anything that was appealing about bands like Operation Ivy or the Mighty Mighty Bosstones is totally lost here. The sound is very polished and if you like the aforementioned bands, you might like this, but it definitely gets a but annoying after a while. Sounds like it belongs on the soundtrack for ESPN’s X-Games or in a skateboarding video or something.
