Some good readings of Braxton's "Ghost trance" music, which features free-jazz solos over maddening repetition (there are tiny details that avoid exact repetition, but you won't necessarily notice them). Tracks here include quiet breaks in the action for a nice construction overall.

We've got about four CDs of related stuff; the difference here is a lighter sound, due to Braxton being the only horn here, and also due to the presence of piano and sometimes vibraphone. Makes for some nimble Braxton solos that stand out nicely.

1- Perky and pleasant, w/soft flute and vibes - nice art-museum feel
2*- Gets wilder, w/a more lurching rhythm
3- Slow, w/baritone sax and melodica. Super-low bass sax comes in
around -8:00
4*- Midtempo popping like #1; w/ nice cascading free-jazz segments
