Sunny, friendly rock with soft male vocals and some Mexican influence here and there. Harmony vocals are tight and understated on 1. Spanish lyrics on 2, 3 (partly), 11, 12

It's irresistable but WRONG to compare them to Los Lobos, because these guys can't rock as hard. Case in point: #4, which starts out with nice bluesy licks but brick-walls itself with a bland happy chorus.

This disc comes mostly from singer-songwriter territory, with the occasional creative diversion into Latin themes. Emphasizes variety rather than innovation, but it's good overall.

*- Mid/fast, gentle folk-rock feel
- Mid/fast, in Spanish, mildly mariachi
- Slow Latin jazz feel
- Blazing midtempo rocker w/less blazing horns
*- Soft mid/fast cowboy rock
*- Country rock, w/accordion
- Midtempo solid beat with Latin/blues horns
- Quieter, breezy, with mid/fast beat
*- Mid/fast. Catchy simple pop
- Calypso, Jimmy Buffet-like. Funny alcohol song.
- Slow, slinky Latin lounge
- Midtempo minor-key Latin shuffle
- Mellow, w/solid midtempo beat
- Hidden track, breezy
