Ratatat-Shempi
Awesome NY,NY duo plays mostly electronic, some pop, house, etc.. Mike Stroud on the Guitar and Evan Mast on the synth and also band producer. To quote our lord and savior, Flea who said that "this stuff can get your blood boiling and your testicles quaking." To summarize; these guys are good. FCC CLEAN My picks: 1(although they're all good and they're just remixes of each other)
**1. Starts off with muffled beat, then gets loud and good. Steady beat, noises in and out then goes to video game-esque guitar. Gets a lil poppier but still good. Stops, ticking kinda Madonna esque but def. not as lame. Then picks up again. Odd fade, but overall good! =)
2. Abstract beat intro, some synth in background, then goes back to guitar from track 1. Half way through weird noises and synth and such with some clapping. Then gets loud and heavy beat! =D
3. Glitchy intro, more ambiance, then EP malfunctions, goes into familiar beat but with some spice. Some more ambiance and UFO stuff and some more video juegos.
