This sounds like a bunch of Hari Krishnas with serious SYnthesizers writing the soundtrack to their idea of a motivational speakers autobiographical documentary. Echoey, chanty out of key vocals, drumming, and chanting. Bells. For fans of elephant 6, freak folk, love, and white people following eastern religions.|
fcc clean- brick
1) strange nasal way out of key female voice giving way tribal chanting. like hari krishnas at burning man. gets mellow and synthy and builds to handclap freakout. i usually don't punch women but i kind of want to punch the vocalist.
2*) ah yes. starts cheery jangly happy faux 60s pop, that breaks into droney, buzzy, chanting build to finish
3*) sparse plucking with some forest nymph hippie vocale. turns into a freaky handrum synth freakout. guitar on this kind of reminds me of lov.
4*) hippe acoustic not punk. hard plucked acoustic guitar driven track, with pounding tom, high pitched washes, and luscious creamy soundbed, 60s style female hippie narrative vox aren't too high in the mix, sleigh bells. killer.
5*) textured prog synth odyssey, with a killer sparse faux bell opera, hypnotic and trippy. great drum and noise freakouts. and pocahaunted style woaaahahahaohhs.
