Album Review
Your Imaginary Friend
Reviewed 2010-06-27
Female vocalist could easily pass for Siouxsie Sioux (Banshees) and the music could too, but relies more on the synth/goth element that people defined SATB as goth, instead of the tasty post-punk guitar driven early aspect of that band. Dramatic female vocs, tasteful dark synth pop/goth.

1) slow/mid gothy with super cool sounds, soaring vocals
2) slow, bass synth and plod tribal, brief
3) obvious lyrics kinda ruin this mid/slow goth plod
4) slow plod/pounding beat, soaring vocs
5) very slow, w/ somber bass bowed strings (synth) and vocals, 2 min a pounding appears as intensity grows
6) drama continues, slow rhythmic pulse launches into a drumset-less gallop a minute in
