"party rock"
(can you already smell the sarcasm of my two fingers?)
garage/southern fried boogie butt rock/hard cheese.
(but these guys are eclectic: funk, 70's soul on a few.)
hardly original, but sometimes fun. political correctness goes way out the window. perfect soundtrack to any 80's animal house knock-off. riyl: ac/dc, dictators, mc5, b.o.c., george thoroughgood, southern culture on the skids (and many, many other ironic trash bands.)
=it's a bad joke. enjoy it. or not. it's fun, it's lame.
FCC CLEAN. (but the subject matter...it's...dirty!)

*1 . BEST TRACK I:mid-fast; party audience, ala 'farmer john.'; organ; fem vox refrain-'squeeze it!' hmmm...
*2. fast; dictators, ac/dc, nip drivers.
*3. mid; opens w/jungle sounds; 'back in the jungle' knock off .
4. mid; cockblock; ac/dc chord rip; name dropping.
*5. mid; april wine, cheap trick, kix&shoes. it's pretty sweet actually. a little long though.
6. mid; bluesy ac/dc.
7. mid; funky(!); kinda sounds like beck.
8. mid; george thoroughgood.
9. mid; starts with ...cowbell (how ironic) =over the top. too over the top. (lame)

*12 BEST TRACK II: reprise of track 1. gives way to audience after the show=they're partying. gives way to buried track, 'try to make me go to rehab. ' it's fun, ala commander cody.
