Late 60’s/early 70’s psych/hard rock/sometimes prog-ish tunes done by the guitarist & keyboardist from the Amboy Dukes (as in Ted Nugent before he became Terrible Ted, Nugent’s 1st band). This jumps around from invoking the Amboy Dukes themselves, Hawkwind and Gong. And really you can’t go wrong with that. Originally released in 2000.

((((1)))) Wailing psych guitars, lots of tripped out vocals, etc. Pretty neat re-working of the Amboy Dukes classic.
((((2)))) Spy-surf guitar, some cool vocals not far from Stan Ridgeway (of Wall of Voodoo). Wild space effect keyboards.
(((3))) Dramatic vocal, story-telling prog. Not bad but not totally “on” in every place.
(((4))) Jazzy keyboards & tempo, then steady, very 70’s conceptual prog rock very similar to mid-era Blue Oyster Cult.
((5)) Standard, AOR 70’s rock. Not horrid just heard this too many times. Also invokes BOC, again.
((6)) Acoustic guitar, loud keyboards, strange, silly lyrics about “grains of sand and atoms”.
(((7))) Heavy strides of guitar/drums and some nice psych wails plus very hippy vocals. OK for what it is.
(((((8))))) Excellent Psych & Prog Rock with big organ, doomed yet sarcastic lyrics.
((((9)))) Tons of keyboards, proggy guitars, soaring vocals.
((((10)))) Mellow acoustic guitars, more swirling organ/keys, female-male duet vocals,
((((11)))) Conceptual yet minimal organ-based psych with voice over.
((((((12)))))) Swampy psych, very nice ethereal female vocals, another voice over. A choice
fuzz/delay freakout, too.
