Americana music with a difference is one way to describe this album.Mark Crowden has some really interesting tracks that range from being a bit on the dark side to well-known ones like I’m On Fire. There is a bit of a rough edge to some of the tracks, but that adds to the appeal of this album.

Try 1, 2, 3,7,8,10

1. Powerful vocals of Mark Growden dominate
this track. Lots of emotions going on here.
2.This is the kind of song that pops into your
mind when you think of banjo. Fast.Infectious.
3.Slow.Powerful & moody voice pulls you into this
dark sounding song. Listen to the words.
4.Crowden's version of The Boss's song is on the
slow track with sprinking of country music. It works.
5. Gritty words about a dying mill town. Slow.
6. Powerful vocals. Slow.
7. A bit raw.Slow build up.
8. A folksy song with a nice tempo. Reminds
you of songs like Hang Down Your Head
Tom Dooley. Remember that one?
9. Got a old style feeling to this song.
Slow.
10. Ode to a Mercedes Benz sung to the tune
of Star Spangled Banner. Makes you think about
our love for luxe cars.
