Review: Broadbent is a multi-Grammy winning composer & pianist, and also arranges the orchestra for Diana Krall. This is his lifetime dream recording, combining lush orchestral arrangements with a superb piano trio. Sometimes they play together and sometimes separately. Sometimes the orchestra plays under the trio and sometimes the go it alone, often on the same track. Some originals and some very interesting recreations of old standards.
