Review: She is an accomplished jazz singer. On this ambitious double CD, she strips the music down to the basics by pairing with a different pianist on each track. The pianist bring her/his special magic to the track while Segal-Garcia reinterprets old classics, including adding lyrics, along with her own compositions.
