“Raw, twisted brand of death rock meets black metal punk mayhem”. Heavy chorus in guitar lends an 80’s metal/goth feel to this blazing thrash that gallops and rocks. Punk of other chorus fans Husker Du springs to mind, as well as proto industrial noise rock Killing Joke and The Banshees at their most intense, if Siouxsie had gone thrash. And bellying my age, the joyous spectacle of Rush in their earlier thrashing arty phase (ooh, I went there, I dropped a Rush reference…its that chorus pedal). This is a collection of some early works (2016) and new stuff, remastered and mixed. Great stuff from Philly on whats become the royalty of Relapse Records (all these years!).
