Relentlessly BRUTAL death metal from Australia—featuring 2/4 of doom/death legends Disembowelment, this is decidedly modern in mathy drum-centric technicality while also reeking of old school 90s brutality. Suffocation, Imolation, et al. come to mind as much as Gorguts, Ulcerate, and the new Autopsy. There’s as much ripping, crushing riff savagery as there is dark and morbid contemplation. Some of the riffs are as slow as Disembowelment was, and well, the fast ones are just as fast.
FCC clean as far as I can tell. Play every fucking track or die a gory, painful death.
(Each track has about a minute of quite dark ambient fade-out into the next track

1. Gloomy, mystical intro with some echoing guitar and keyboards crescendos nicely into some savage technical bludgeoning, riffs assaulting you from every angle. Odd tempos, clinically precise drumming.
2. …quiet gusts of wind until 0:23, then some slowww steady pounding chords, low and frightening like Disembowelment at their best.
3. …even quieter intro until 1:05, suddenly erupts into a massive skullcrushing epic. Fast and slow and everywhere in between.
