Some happy-go-lucky SF punks cranking out some upbeat, impassioned stoner rock. Reminds me of Torche, Big Business, Glitter Wizard, etc. Catchy rock’n’roll with amps turned up to 11. Great fun for metalheads with a taste for Jack Daniels and Poison Idea, or punks who put on Motorhead and Sabbath at their favorite dive bar’s jukebox. FCC clean 1. (4:56) Rolling rumbling fun, throaty but warm vocals belt out catchy hooks over some downtuned fast stoner rock 2. (3:16)* anthemic hit-the-ground-running rocker, fast and relentless energy 3. (3:53) loud, brash and immediate with some dark doom-metal riffs 4. (4:42)** FUCK YEAH, catchy true metal, some Iron Maiden riffs filtered through decades of booze and decadence 5. (3:48) desperate but endearing vocals, helter-skelter drums and schizophrenic stoner riffs 6. (2:01) fast balls-to-the-wall moshpit music, intense and immediate but still rooted firmly in rock’n’roll 7. (6:58)** the long song, with some psychedelic wah’d-the-fuck-out guitar effects, gradualy builds into a big and badass, though still spaced-out rocker 8.
