Cedryl Ballou comes from a family of accomplished musicians. He began his musical career at the age of 5 and by the age of 12 he was playing music professionally. His grandfather is the legendary blues and zydeco guitarist Classie Ballou Sr., and his father Zydeco guitarist Cedric Ballou has played with many zydeco giants. His band “Cedryl Ballou & the Zydeco Trendsetters new CD “Mastertrendsetter” is a STRONG ZYDECO CD and gives glimpse of the bright future of this zydeco outfit who are on the forefront of ushering in a new generation of Zydeco listeners in the Zydeco Nation!
