Singer songwriter, folky guitar/singing, but with a certain 60’s psyche element, interesting production and tones, nice string arrangements bring to mind Nick Drake. Syd Barrett, Bowie, Eno’s Warm Jets/Green World also. No drums, just lots of rich guitars, synth tones, strings, experimentalism. 1) (3:13) folky acoustic guitar w/ singing and strings/ebow, interesting subtle effects and production 2) (7:08) dense with guitar vocals, melodic string like synth 3) (4:50) rich vocals, layering, cool outro 4) (3:24) simpler song 5) (3:17) hammered strings/dulcimer, soaring strings/synth melodies, very Eno 6) (1:47) brief, horn-like tones 7) (2:59) big soaring vocal melodies, simple guitar arpeggio picking 8) (1:55) jangly, melodic 9) (7:09) simple percussion, droning tones, Beatles’ish eastern flavor | ||
