Favorites: 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 14 but almost all of the songs on here are incredible. No FCCs.

Similar artists/releases: Sonic Youth “Sister”, Ponytail, Iceage, Savages “Silence Yourself”, White Lung, Liars

1. (0:50) Short and almost ambient, distant guitar noises that fade out
2. (3:09) *** Starts right off with some guitar feedback before pounding drums kick in. Screaming female vocals, very Sonic Youth-y. Awesome.
3. (1:45) ** Fast, aggressive track that alternates between screamy vocals and distant coos. Nice short guitar solo worked into the middle
4. (3:10) ** Dark, catchy guitar riff with some awesome creative drum fills. Breaks into a slow, psychedelic, dirge midway through. Returns to the crazy riff from the beginning.
5. (3:10) * Loud opening moments with an ascending storm of guitars. Mid-tempo (for an album this hectic at least)
6. (1:56) Subdued almost Western movie-esque bass guitar with pounding drums and vocals that sound like a witch’s incantation. Cool as an interlude between louder tracks
7. (4:35) * One of the longer songs on the album. Chugging bass with rapid fire machine gun drums. Vocals only kick in with about 1:30 left.
8. (2:20) *** Pounding drums that transitions into a super catchy guitar riff. Reminiscent of “Silver Rocket” by Sonic Youth.
9. (1:53) Intense with cool drum fills and Sonic Youth-y guitar screeches.
10. (2:25) * You really can’t go wrong, no matter which track you choose on this thing.
11. (2:11) ** Hits of noise with galloping drums, super cool. Fades out in an insane flurry
12. (0:48) Reprise of track 1, with some Goat-esque guitars and cymbal hits
13. (2:35) Begins strangely with some guitar, a beat that just sounds like something falling on the ground, and eerie, chanted vocals. Discordant and heavy
14. (5:07) ** Longest song on the CD, opens with frantic guitars and a loud cry to the heavens. Great riffs with a super Kim Gordon almost spoken word piece in the middle. Calms down into a screechy, motorik, finale before melting into distortion
