Great work by Jan Hendez - representing the south of France very well! This little EP has 3 enjoyable straight-up deep-house tracks, and could be played anywhere from the Mediterranean beachside clubs to the warehouses of San Francisco or New York. All tracks are really groovy, but "About your princess" (#1) is my favorite. Give it a spin. 1. Funky slammin' house! Love the broken-up snares, the booty-shakin' bassline, simple little loops and an occasional sexy fem vocal sample. Nice one. 2. A warm little synth loop brightens up this remix, lots of snappy snares and catchy little effects. Groovy remix of #1. 3. A little slowed down here, dub-disco that's stripped down with a little spoken word sample. Has a little bit of a dirty edge & I like it. | ||
