New weird America folk psych with a taste for noise. Hypnotic, dark, experimental bluesy compositions by an Italian solo artist (so I guess I shouldn’t call it ‘new weird America’). This was recorded at home, so it’s kind of lo-fi (but still full-band) as well. For fans of Bardo Pond, old Akron/Family, Angels of Light, and Rivulets. This pushes my buttons like not much else can. Amazing. FCCs on track 2.

1. Crashing free percussion and psychedelic guitars with some screeching horns. Instrumental. (2:38)
2. Languid blazed, bendy, navel gazing, near-slowcore pleading. FCC x 3. (3:34)
3. Twisted, dark, naked fingerpicked Neutral Milk Hotel feel. (3:36)
*4. Spacious bluesy guitar wanderings morphs into a mucky, droning, noisy jam at a drugged tempo. (5:48)
**5. I’ll pull an Esquire, PLAY THIS TRACK. Melodic screeching blissful noise folk emotive slowed down crescendo harmonica swirl. (5:58)
