Another beautiful diva from Africa. In this case a blend of Mali and the Ivory Coast. She’s got a gorgeous voice; sexy, warm and silky. The music is a blend of her Malian roots w/hints of jazz, pop and funk. Some serious guest stars on this one (like Toumani Diabate) and great style and passion.

*1. Mid/upbeat w/a tinge of Latin. A great intro to her voice.
2. Layers of vocals lead into a light up/mid Afro funk track.
*3. Uptempo and jazzy w/some seriously hot strings/perc.
*4. Vocal sampling leads to a bright midtempo blend that’s so cool.
*5. Slow and sensual then driving and passionate. Wow!
6. Relaxed and dreamy with a nice simplicity to it.
7. Warm and husky vocals w/light guitar. Lovely.
*8. Driving Afro funk w/nice style and serious heat style.
*9. Soaring vocals, rich and emotional, picks up & moves.
10. Slow and gentle, then just a hint of Afro jazz.
*11. Sweet kora/guitar blend, mostly midtempo.
*12. Bright but relaxed w/some warm & lovely vocals.
