INDIE AMERICANA ROCK. Straight-forward middle America rock with some slight country-rock influences here and there. The big layered sound with male & female singers, multiple guitars, bass, drums, and strings may bring Arcade Fire to mind.

No FCC issues.

1 Mid-tempo, swinging 3/4. Nice folk-rock intro, grows into overdone power ballad. (5:06)
2 * Mid-tempo. Rebellious anthem. Male & female lead singers alternate verses. Lots of rhythm guitar & violin. I thought of John Cougar. (3:17)
3 ** Fast, big, load. Angry tone. More lead guitar here than on others. Damn good! (2:26)
4 ** Slow. Country-ish ballad. Good m/f vocal harmony, strumming guitar, nice violin, stirring harmonica. (3:35)
5 Mid-fast. Good guitars (a crunchy rhythm & a wailing lead). Over orchestrated for my taste. (5:08)
6 * Mid-slow. Country-rock. Lonesome, seeking, passionate. Really good singing. (3:15)
