Dom La Nena / Ela / Six Degrees Record. Dom La Nena, ‘Dom the little girl’, is a Brazilian born pianist and cellist that trained professionally in Brazil, Argentina, and France. Her international training is apparent in her music, which has Latin vibes, French pop vibes, and heavy influence from female American singer-songwriters like Cat Power. Some of her songs are sung in Spanish and some in Portuguese, while the Brazilian idea of saudade or wistful longing is present in most. Some songs are more melancholic than others but all are beautiful. Similar Artists: Carla Morrison, Maissiat, Feist (if you like Feist you might like this). Matthew
