Artist: Shai Hulud Album: Reach Beyond the Sun Genre: Metal/Hardcore Punk FCC clean *1.(2.56)- fierce vox, intense, raucous, anthemic, blasting out skull crushing riffs accompanied by similar song-structures used on the band’s sophomore album That Within Blood Ill-Tempered 2. (1.47)- layers of heavy distortion, short solo starts off, catchy riffs 3. (3.01)- chaos, relentless 4. (3.31)- mid-tempo, doom, metallic texture, darker, slow-paced, riff-driven ballad-of-sorts 5. (2.58)- melodic intro, evil, rebellious *6. (3.21)- as usual, progressing, shifting and hearkening back to key moments and developing the independence and substantial essence of particular riffs and choruses 7. (1.43)- blast beats, speed *8. (3.56)- furious riffs, beatdowns and gang vocals, unbelievable guitar work that merges an unmatched sense for melodies and forceful chord progressions 9. (3.55)- desperate, intense vocals, misanthropy pouring out of every single note 10. (3.30)- explosive, massive, uneasy tension *11. (3.36)- strained/ardent vox, solid, honest, fierce |
