Oh James, you tease. Retrograde is a single on the forthcoming album Overgrown (April 8th). It's going to be the first full studio album after his successful 2011 "James Blake" album (featured Limit to Your Love, Wilhelm Scream, etc). Mixing UK bass, gospel (mildly), and drone, Retrograde is a warmer, personable song with feeling and lament. Looking forward to Overgrown (featuring collaborations with Brian Eno and RZA, by the way).

1. (3:44) Soulful, hymnal, moody. Still eerie high frequencies, slick bass, droning, beats, claps, and James Blake's haunting but emotive humming and vocals. Rises and falls, ebbs and flows, this is a powerful, heart thumping, melancholic song. Play it. Ends three seconds early.
