This is one of those head nodders. Producer Praise builds the melody with some chopped up 45 rpm sped up soul vocal stabs. The drums have that clip clap deep sound to them. This is a very solid track – M-SMOOTH

Torae's slammin' LP "For The Record" was one of my favorite hip hop records of last year, and he doesn't disappoint on this joint. Praise's chipmunk-soul production isn't stellar, but it provides a good soundbed for Torae and industry veteran Pharoah Monch to rail against the politics and favoritism that prevent talented artists from rising to the top of the game. These guys speak the truth: A-file this shit.
