Rock/alt-country/folk from Denton Texas. Occasionally rough, scratchy male vocals. Lots of acoustic guitar. Narrative vocals are a bit nostalgic, a bit melancholic, very wistful. Not lo-fi, it has very clean, cinematic, production from Sub Pop. Someone who likes Ed Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes would probably like this.
