Debut from L.A. band playing convincingly retro ’60’s Brit-pop, American psychedelic, surfy, folk-rockin’ fun vibes. Instrumentation of gtrs, bass, drum, organ, harmonica. Great stuff. FCC’s #8, 10.
*My Favorites*: All.
1. (3:03) Mid. Driving surfy, psychedelia.
2. (3:40) Slow / Mid. Dramatic hip, loungey weirdness.
3. (3:19) Mid. Funky, rollickin’ ride w/ countdown. KICK ASS!!
4. (2:06) Mid. Upbeat rockin’ ’60’s psych-pop.
5. (2:51) Mid. Indie retro folk-rock w/ harmonica, claps, back vcls.
6. (3:13) Slow / Mid. Syrupy & sappy sock-hop dreamscape, but so cool.
7. (3:27) Mid. ’60’s folk-rock psych w/ harmonica.
8. (2:52) Mid. FCC ‘shit’ w/ 0:40 remaining. Upbeat, late-Beatles vibe.
9. (3:20) Mid. Kinda cheesy, easy rock.
10. (2:45) Mid. FCC’s ‘shit’. Title track. ’60’s pop.
