Maan: Trow Remixes

Three tasty techno remixes on this nice little release on Non Series. Maan (a.k.a. Manuel Anos) is also known as Psyk, and he has worked in places like Tresor & Berghain - establishing a solid resume in techno. The "Trow" release is straightforward, solid techno, and the two winning remixes are done by #2 (Steve Rachmad) and #3 (Marcel Dettman).
1. (Sterac Remix)(6:09): High-energy techno bathed with layered synth loops. Pretty straightforward with a hint of progressive to it - big-room dancefloor material.
2. (Steve Rachmad Remix)(6:53): Somehow the addition of big claps and warped crashing sounds makes this track more slammin'. The energy is definitely Detroit here.
3. (Marcel Dettman Remix)(6:40): Mesmerizing stripped-down remix that is a departure from the other two remixes. This one goes into some dark and mystical corners of techno, featuring a dub-inspired broken-beat. Good work by Dettman.
