This split cassette from two KZSU faves is part of Constellation Tatsu’s “Summer Adventure” series. Lots of soft vocals and pretty, playful synths. Summery bladerunnercore. Tracks 1-3 are Aloonaluna, and track 4 is Motion Sickness of Time Travel. Favorites: 3, 4. No FCCs detected. 1. (2:45)—Chopped-up vocals, processed sounds. Bleeps and bloops and loops. 2. (6:08)—Breathy vocals with tons of echo and reverb. Gloppy and chirpy electronic loops. The lyrics near the end sound repurposed from some EDM song. 3. *(3:04)—Really woozy electronics, bird sounds, something like a harmonica. 4. *(12:04)—Soft synths, wordless vocals. Builds, gets trippy and spacey. Segues into soft, high-pitched drones and breathy vocals. Mellows out further in the final three minutes. | ||
