80's modern rock redux/Radiohead redux.
mod rock w/an experimental sheen. goes into shoe and britpop turf. mostly sounds like early Radiohead and every band that has tried to sound like early Radiohead.
MR. ESQ. SEZ: MEOW MEOW MEOW MEOW MEOW.
FCC CLEAN.
RIYL: RADIOHEAD, U2, SIMPLE MINDS, COLDPLAY, ET AL.
PLAY: ANY/ALL/RANDOMEOW/IT'S ALRIGHT.
1. blippy transmission noise into ominous beat.
haunted and haunty. poppy, radioheady.
2. epic git stuff. Eno treated U2.
3. PURR-FECT: circusey. Spaceman 3 w/epic vox.
4. instrumental. crashy waves and stuff.
5. back to song: slow, haunty. early Radiohead.
6. glitchy begin. yearny. dreamy.
7. PURR-FECT II (TIE):piano -I like piano! (it's sad. sweet. and kinda cheesy. but oh, what a cheese!)
8. instrumental. piano -I like piano! (it's sad. and doomy.)
9. dancey beat for a wall of git swarm for epic pop....it's epic, kitty!
10. PURR-FECT II (TIE):instrumental. really cool and dreamy soundscape. searing and pacifying.
11. piano -I like piano! builds into a sweet dense gauze. goodnight, and take care.
