Punky indie rock out of Brooklyn via Texas, garagey with some buzzing guitars, feedback, riffs. Slightly low, slightly nasally M vox. Probably influenced by the "post-punk revival," with some actual punk/post-punk influences. Gives off a vibe that a lot of stuff that concerns people isn't worth getting concerned about. No FCCs noted. RIYL: Bent Shapes, King Tuff, Bass Drum of Death, Strokes *1 (2:24) Rockin, melodic, recorder features, big buzzing guitars, handclaps at end 2 (2:56) Straightahead upbeat rocker, jammier quiet bassier section before end *3 (5:04) Repetitive. Dancy post-punky bass, guits to match getting noisier as it goes before cooling off, shouted-sung hoarse vox.
