“A New Road” by Nathan & the Zydeco Cha Chas is one of the most anticipated Zydeco CDs of 2013! It has been five years since the one of Zydeco Nation’s most prolific band has settled down and put some work in the studios, and the result is an outstanding 11 track Zydeco CD that is rooted in the black Creole tradition and style, and cuts across generations in the Zydeco Nation! Nathan & the Zydeco Cha Chas have done it again!
1) 4:11 “Lookin’ For What You’re Lookin’ For”- HOT TRACK – Bluesy Zydeco Dance Track leads off the CD!
2) 4:29 “Come On In” – HOT CLASSIC TRACK-CD SLEEPER – Nathan & the Zydeco Cha Chas stay true to their black Creole roots with a hot dance track in Creole French!
3) 5:03 “Still Alive” – HOT TRACK – Nathan & the Zydeco Cha Chas let the Zydeco Nation that they are still around and sharp with their music. Great blues groove Zydeco.
4) 6:00 “I Can’t Stop Loving You” HOT CLASSIC TRACK– Classic Ray Charles Track sung Zydeco Creole Style. Great waltz song!
5) 4:37 “Zydeco Girl” – HOT TRACK-CD SLEEPER – This is definitely a song that will make all the ladies in the Zydeco Nation feel good! Love it!
6) 4:20 “You’re So Good” – HOT TRACK-CD SLEEPER - A driving funky Zydeco dance track that is Hot Hot Hot!
7) 3:45 “Leroy Brown” – HOT CLASSIC TRACK – Classic Jim Croce Track done Zydeco & Creole Style!
8) 5:10 “Hello Christmas” – HOT TRACK-CD SLEEPER – A rare Zydeco blues Christmas Song destined to be classic!

11) 5:36 “I’m Coming Home” – HOT CLASSIC TRACK - Nathan & the Zydeco Cha Chas close out the CD with an emotional rendition of the classic track by the King of Zydeco Music, Mr. Clifton Chenier! Well Done!!!
