Very fine debut album from Australian Kristy Cox, now residing in Nashville.
Country-tinged bluegrass – RIYL Rhonda Vincent.
1 – (3:01) You’re My Kind Of Train Wreck* Up-tempo, clever love song.
2 – (3:40) Something In The Way* Slow, pretty love lament, very nice.
3 – (3:24) Love Builds The Bridges (Pride Builds The Walls) Decent crooner.
4 – (2:35) One Heartbreak Away* Very nice, lovesick & leaving.
5 – (3:03) This* Mid-tempo, tender love ballad, very fine.
6 – (3:22) I’ll Cry Tonight* Another heartbreaker, mid, moody, fine.
7 – (2:53) I’m Not Gonna Sing The Blues* Mid-tempo tune of resolve.
8 – (3:27) Widow’s Whiskey* Sad song of drink & loss, then more drinking.
