Local guy, former KFJC dj, produced cassettes, layered industrial noise and released them as CD. This one is two sides,2 tracks, 16 minutes each of layered noise, echoed looped. Probably done on a cassette four track. Good dark disturbing stuff despite being almost entirely word/sample-free (his use of samples in other works is jarringly disturbing, beyond sick at times). FCC clean.

1) (15:59) begins quietly and quickly builds, roaring washes of white noise and analog synth tones, looped/echoed/layered, ends cold
2) (15:55) picks up where last one left off except with a brief sample at the beginning: disturbing male voice with one bleeped FCC.
