Not as dramatic/noisy/dynamic as their previous albums. This is pretty much straight ahead, laid back, indie rock . It's dreamy; there's an acoustic guitar jingle; vocals are sigh-y, rough, and high; hella reverb. It's on the kurt vile/woods/fresh and only's/real estate wave. all between mid and downtempo, all pretty similar, most have a soft jazz-y guitar twinkle 1. soft jazzy. others might say it is dreamy/breezy/hazy 2. midtempo, croon-y 3. twinkly and slower 4. repetitive mellow groove 5. louder and fuller 6. croon-y, straightahead dreamy rock 7. soft groove/jazz hell, not in a good way 8. brighter drums 9. *Slower, echoey vocals, more powerful; like their previous stuff 10. swirly vocals, more dreamy and less coherent 11. more dynamic, pop vocals. | ||
