ROCK/FUNK/JAM. Musical gold from 'Nawlins, with a bit of jam band/alt rock feel. Great choruses, funky and beautiful horn licks, very tight drumming. Strong male lead vocalist David Shaw (haha). I love it all. Disc 2 is all live, all loud, all great jams. RIYL Dave Matthews, Dr. John, TV on the Radio?

2.****(4:10) Med. Funkier, grittier. Minor key. Hip-hop drum beat?
3.****(4:22) Slow. Great songwriting, slow-groove funky jamming.

5.***(3:57) Faster. Poppy. Optimistic lyrics.
