Haunting gorgeous soundscapes of saxophone, viola, and synth. Dirty Beaches has made the full transformation from Lynchian rockabilly to unstructured ambient wandering. This is his final album under the moniker, and boy is it a beauty. One of my favorite experimental releases of the year.
