6th studio record from Dan Deacon. For those of you who don't know, he makes really awesome electronic music. Super weird, super good. Also, one of my all time favorite people to see live, seriously it is the most fun you will ever have at a concert. This is his first album since 2012. I really really like it, hope you do too. RIYL: Ryan Hemsworth, RAC, Until the Ribbon Breaks, Panda Bear…etc.

Recommended Tracks: **1**, 3, **4**

1. (4:53) Feel The Lightning - Strong start right out the gate. Huge sound, infectious melody, female vocals and then those standard Dan Deacon robot vocals. Awesome, love it.
2. (4:09) Sheathed Wings - Frantic paced, warbly vocals, head bobber.
3. (4:19) When I Was Done Dying - Midtempo, awesome drums and sufficiently weird lyrics and vocal effects.
4. (4:31) Meme Generator - This one rules, maybe my favorite. Awesome samples, great melodies in the background, layers of organized chaos.
5. (3:51) Mind On Fire - Lots of noise, almost screaming lyrics, but so distorted you can't really tell what he is saying. Has a couple lull to build moments that are really cool.
6. (6:45) Learning To Relax - This one is good to zone out to, lots of noise but doesn't really go anywhere.
7. (7:48) Take It To The Max - this one takes a while to build, lots of looped tones at the beginning. Also doesn't really go anywhere but is still a cool track.
8. (7:36) Steely Blues - This one is pretty ambient throughout, I am not the right person to describe this well, but I can see people liking it…?
