Album Review
Your Imaginary Friend
Reviewed 2015-04-28
Quintessential stoner rock, slow heavy chords, long phrased obscured female vocals, Geeza' Butler bass chords. From SF. Think: slowest Sabbath chords all piled upon themselves, Ozzy castrati, quaaludes, pot, black light posters, lava lamps, what the back of Spencer's Gifts used to be like in the 70's.

1) (3:54) Big soaring space rock, instrumental intro to next
2) (9:19) let the stoney begin: a dreamy plod fem vocs appear
3) (5:48) Stoney head nodder, lower lip out
4)* (6:53) slower head nodder, cool sabbathy
5) (8:27) slow swaying full on stoner
6) (7:51) doomier slow stone
7)* (8:46) nice geezer butler bass styling, epic, vocals are echoey higher in mix and more effeminate
8) (2:38) outtro, fades in with sabbathy-jazzy drums, simple chords ensue
