Fantastic throwback country on this debut release from the Malpass Brothers,
who loved their grandfather’s favorite songs. Produced by Doyle Lawson. Wow!
1 – (3:32) A Death In The Family* Slow weeper by “Whispering” Bill Anderson, so fine.
2 – (2:46) Which One Is To Blame* Sweet mid-tempo duet, wonderful.
3 – (2:52) It’ll Be Me* Up rockabilly cover of Jack Clement song, so fine.
4 – (2:58) Learn To Love Me Too* Good Malpass original, heartfelt.
5 – (2:35) Hello Walls Good version of the Willie Nelson classic, nice.
6 – (3:52) Begging To You* Terrific falsetto vocals, slow-mid, wow!
7 – (3:50) Here In Alberta I’ll Stay* Decent up-tempo ¾ time tune, pretty good.
8 – (3:14) I Met A Friend Of Yours Today* Sad, very sad honky-tonk weeper, awesome.
