This is the 6th full length record from Kurt Vile, singer songwriter out of Philadelphia.
For those who don't know, he can be classified as indie-folk/indie-rock, one of my very
favorite acts currently on Matador. This record is absolutely awesome cover to cover.

Favorite Tracks: ***1***, 2, 6, 8, **9**, 12, but really any track is great.

***(4:59) Pretty Pimpin - This track made me so happy when I heard it, incredible riff,
smart lyrics, totally infectious melody, great start to the record.
2. *(4:22) I’m an Outlaw - Drum machine, banjo, lazy lyrics, more KV awesomeness.
3. (4:38) Dust Bunnies - This one is more rock than folk, super cool baseline and keyboards and electric guitar, more great melodies.
4. (6:27) That’s Life, tho (almost hate to say) - This one is another where the lyrics are just incredible, instrumentation super simple and lovely.
5. (6:14) Wheelhouse - Slightly faster paced, cool percussion, pretty distortion on the guitar (if that makes any sense), another great riff.
6. *(4:05) Life Like This - Piano, guitar, simple drum beat and a killer melody, another great one.
7. (4:59) All in a Daze Work - Down tempo, guitar and vocals only.
8. *(6:56) Lost my Head there - Another favorite, super catchy piano melody.
9. **(5:12) Stand Inside - This is a runner up for favorite, so simple, haunting, beautiful.
10. (2:51) Bad Omens - Piano driven, catchy, another great track.
11. (4:27) Kidding Around - Another one with super intricate guitar, more great melodies, more great vocals.
12. (5:51) Wild Imagination - Another one with drum machine and acoustic guitar, another excellent track, what an amazing record.
